Sometimes I find something that I read once and come back later on but that I know will be hard to find again. So, here is a list of articles, blog posts, wiki pages and so on that I think of as “nuggets of the internet”. They might fall into all sorts of categories. Have fun!
So, I finally decided to replace my old 5th generation NUC with a new one. And not any NUC, but the new Skull Canyon NUC8i7HVK. Because it took me a while to figure it all out, I want to share my knowledge with the community.
I have to admit. I am not an expert with LVM nor LUKS or GRUB. But this one brought me close to throwing in the towel!
This is going to be short but hopefully helpful. Today I tried connecting my sound bar and headphones via bluetooth. With GNOME this should be just a matter of some clicks. And it almost was. Pairing and connecting worked like a charm. But I was not able to select the new audio devices for playback. Restarting pulse audio did not work either.
While developing software for the Raspberry Pi, it quickly became a pain to constantly have switch SD cards for testing purposes.
